You're getting better! The perspective is a great and interesting way to put your drawing, but it also most easily shows where your lack of anatomy knowledge is. Working on shoulder tilts, necks, and overall balancing of the character as well as hands in general and posing overall are your weak points-which are most artists also. You've got good expression and the clothing wrinkles and placement are excellent! I think drawing clothing may be your top point-which most people seem to struggle with immensely. It does really help to look at other pictures when you're at your level, but it helps even more to take a little from a bunch of pictures and make it your own (ie: A pose from a website, a hand gesture from a drawing, etc...). Just keep plowing ahead and drawing at least once a day, and you'll be on top of it!
Comments'Level' really just applies to anyone who is in the process of learning, which is pretty much everyone besides The Art Gods. I'm sorry if I've worded that weird. And I've used the wrong your :I I mean you look at other pictures as references like stocks to see the way a body moves or hand moves or reference styles of clothing or a pose or anything really.
